Limasan Kecil

Limasan Kecil is our newest addition to Desa Limasan Retreat. It is suitable for the single traveler type or for two persons max. Inside you will find a cozy, one bedroom, air con room with refrigerator included and your own bathroom with hot water shower. On the front porch, a small seating area is provided for reading your favorite book while sipping on fresh coconuts.

Airport transfers are available and is Rp 700,000 one way, per car. Max 4 persons per car with surfboards and luggage.

Check In time is 2:00 pm, Check Out time is 12:00 noon. Late Check Out time is 6:00 pm with 50% extra charge. If above the time limit, one nights full charge will be added.

Rules & Regulation

• Guests per limasan house cannot exceed the capacity limit as written on our list.
• Guests must provide a list of names of the number of people staying. This is for us to ensure and control the capacity for each household. Children from 6 years of age and up are counted for.
• Use the unit as a place to live; you agree not to host an event, party or other gathering that exceeds the maximum occupancy displayed on our website, as well as within the property. Violation may result in significant additional charges.
• No animals or pets allowed in the unit or on property.
• Food catering orders from outside are not allowed.

Reservations can only be confirmed when a full payment of your intended stay is paid in advance. In the event the initial payment is not received within 1 week, Desa Limasan has the right to cancel the reservation with no further notice. Payment can be made via bank transfers or credit card guarantee.

• All cancellations and/or changes must be made in writing (email acceptable).
• 60 days prior to check-in date: 80% refund of the total payment.
• 30 days prior to check-in date: 50% refund of the total payment.
• 15 days prior to check-in date: 20% refund of the total payment.
• Any cancellations after that, the money is non-refundable.
